In September 2009, Sally Klein O’Connor, a Jewish believer in Jesus, will lead a team of people from America and Europe through parts of Poland and Germany, visiting some of the more significant towns where the KZs (concentration camps) are located. These towns have suffered much shame, continuing to be identified with the Holocaust.
Through song and story, worship and prayer, Sally and her team are committed to being vessels of hope and healing for the people of each town they visit on this tour.
In each town Sally and her friends will be giving out red roses and a card inscribed with the verse below. It is a reminder that there is a love that has been poured out for all the broken, wounded places in the heart of humanity—poured out through the lifeblood that issued from the wounds of Jesus Christ. In Him God reached out to heal and save all who have been twisted and shattered by evil. All who are willing may be made whole.
A Rose of Remembrance
Red for the blood of the people who died.
Red for the Savior's blood which was shed for the blood of
my people and your people.
Red for His love which makes love between us possible.
You are invited to come and be our guest for a night of blessing and refreshing.
